Event Attendance And Reporting

The team members or the team admins can set attendance for upcoming events. The members can click on the current attendance status and change the status to Going, Not going or Available. The team admins can also change the member status for an event by clicking on the event and then updating the member status. For events team admins can also lock the attendance status such that the members cannot update few days before the event. For Signup only events, the members status is set to Going automatically if the member signs up for a signup item. For past events, the attendance can only be set to Present or Absent by the team admins or coaches. Members cannot change the attendance status for the past events
